Professional sections are founded under Trade Service Department, and they are divided to offer professional, reliable and efficient service to the members.
There will be 20 professional ¡°Trade assistants¡±, who are responsible to serve the members in the twin towers. One assistant will be charge of 15 members¡¡¡¡

¡¡¡¡¢Ù replying all the members in time,
¡¡¡¡¢Ú accepting customers opinions and keeping touch with them all the time
¡¡¡¡¢Û understanding customers expectation and tracking their satisfaction to service
¡¡¡¡¢Ü welcome customer use the Complain and Solve System to solve various problem effectively
¡¡¡¡¢Ý providing all of service and information according to the WTC standard
¡¡¡¡¢Þ Customers may contact the staff of WTC at any time
¡¡¡¡¢ß maintain the specialization and neatness in the office
¡¡¡¡¢à providing a unhindered workflow to avoid missing an opportunity because of a delay
¡¡¡¡¢á providing the charge standard to the customers in front of transmission service and information
¡¡¡¡¢â the customer will obtain the feedback of kinds of information by telephone, fax, E-mail and written documents
¡ª¡ªreplying the telephone enquiry in 1 working day
¡ª¡ªshould reply in 1 working day to information which cannot answer
¡ª¡ªshould reply in 2 working days to the requirements which can be solved by ourselves
¡ª¡ªshould reply in 1 working day to the information which can't be replied
¡ª¡ªshould reply in 10 working days to the requirements which need be solved by the exterior resources, and give confirmation within one day
¡ª¡ªshould reply in 10 working days to complains
